Institutions: Storage product growth will slow down in Q3 2026

On March 27, according to a reporter from CFMS|MemoryS 2026 Flash Memory Industry Summit, the prices of storage products have risen for three consecutive quarters. It is expected that starting in the third quarter of 2026, the rate of increase will slow down, gradually converge, and the online prices of some specific products will show some divergence. For customers, locking in storage production capacity is more important than locking in prices. Compared with the hot AI market, the consumer market represented by smartphones is entering a period of pain: costs are rising rapidly, and sales volume is expected to decline by about 10%, with some smartphone price drops reaching as high as 30%.
