Fyle Audio's 2025 Annual Report Released: Revenue Down 7.67%, Net Profit Nearly 40% Increase After Liu Shuang Takes Over as Chairman

Feile Audio (600651.SH) recently disclosed its 2025 annual financial report, showing that the company’s full-year operating revenue was 1.814 billion yuan, down 7.67% year over year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 55.0308 million yuan, up 39.41%. This performance reflects that the company has maintained strong profitability during the industry adjustment period.

As an established company founded in 1984, Feile Audio has now formed a business layout built around intelligent hardware as the core, with solutions and inspection/testing developing in coordination. In particular, the intelligent hardware segment covers areas such as automotive lighting, electronic appliances, module packaging, chip testing, and the manufacturing of precision components, building a complete industrial chain from research and development to manufacturing. Regarding management changes, on November 3, 2025, the company issued an announcement stating that the former chairman, Zhang Lihong, stepped down from related positions on the board of directors due to a work adjustment, with her originally planned term ending on May 26, 2027. Subsequently, at an extraordinary general meeting held on November 20, Liu Shuang was elected as the new director, and at a board meeting held on the same day, he was elected chairman. This personnel adjustment marks that the company’s governance structure has entered a new stage.

The newly appointed chairman, Liu Shuang, has extensive experience in industrial management, and his career spans multiple fields including information technology and intelligent manufacturing. Public information indicates that this engineer, born in 1974, previously served as the head of the software team at Shanghai Electric Turbine Co., Ltd., and later held multiple management positions within the Shanghai Electric Group, including Minister of the Digital and Information Technology Department and executive director of a digital technology company. He currently serves as vice president of Shanghai YiDian Group and general manager of the Instrumentation Industry Development Department. This appointment is expected to bring Feile Audio a new development perspective.
