On March 27, 2026, at the on-site Global Partner Conference of China Duty Free Group, China Duty Free Group, together with representatives from global brand partners, officially released the “Shanghai Initiative on Honest Business Operations and Quality Service.”

Fan Yunjun, General Manager of China Tourism Group and Chairman of China Duty Free Group; Jiang Zengwei, Chairman of the Global Services Trade Alliance Council; Pan Feng, Deputy Chairman of the China-EU Economic and Technical Cooperation Association of the Ministry of Commerce; Chen Wanxin, Deputy Secretary-General of the People’s Government of Hainan Province; Lu Min, Director of the Hainan International Economic Development Bureau; Xu Ning, CFO of Shanghai Airport Co., Ltd.; Li Zhiyong, CFO of Capital Airport Holding Company; Zhou Li, Deputy General Manager of Capital Airport Commercial Trading Company, and other government and industry representatives, together with representatives from global brand partners such as Shiseido, Coty, Apple, Unitree Technology, Burberry, Valentino, Cartier, Chopard, Kering Eyewear, Moutai, Bacardi, Diageo, and Carmo, as well as with Chang Zhujun, General Manager of China Duty Free Group, and its management team, jointly witnessed the occasion.

This solemn commitment is not only China Duty Free’s firm statement of its determination to ensure authenticity, but also a solemn declaration to protect consumer trust and build a healthy industry ecosystem. It marks a solid step forward for the standardized and international development path of China’s tourism retail industry.
