White House economic advisor: Oil tankers have "started to pass through" the Strait of Hormuz intermittently

On March 17, local time, Kevin Hassett, director of the National Economic Council at the White House, said that tankers “have already begun to pass through” the Strait of Hormuz in scattered batches. He also reiterated that the Trump administration believes its military action against Iran will last for several weeks rather than several months. (CCTV News)
