On March 28, Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Electric Wind Power” or “the Company”) released its “2025 Annual Report.”

The report disclosed that in 2025, Electric Wind Power achieved operating revenue of 13.681 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 31.07%; it recorded a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 989 million yuan, compared to a loss of 785 million yuan in the same period last year; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, was a loss of 1.01 billion yuan, compared to a loss of 811 million yuan in the same period last year.

In 2025, Electric Wind Power secured a total of 12,283.55 MW in new orders, a decrease of 1.02% compared to the same period last year, including 3,777.60 MW of orders that have been bid but not yet contracted. The cumulative orders on hand amounted to 20,954.90 MW, an increase of 31.23% compared to the previous year. During the reporting period, the Company added a total of 1,037.10 MW in overseas orders.

As of the end of the reporting period, the installed capacity completed in the Company’s self-owned wind farms was 109.4 MW, with an equity installed capacity of 947.0 MW, of which 749.8 MW had been completed and 197.2 MW was under construction. During the reporting period, the power generation revenue from the Company’s self-owned wind farms was 72.0196 million yuan, a decrease of 23.52% compared to the same period last year.

In terms of product development, Electric Wind Power’s land-based 10 MW+ class large megawatt wind turbine products were rapidly brought to market during the reporting period, achieving batch delivery and grid-connected power generation of 11 MW products. At the same time, the Company is conducting preliminary research on 12-15 MW class products. The offshore 18-20 MW class wind turbine prototypes came off the assembly line during the reporting period, and the research work for the 20-25 MW class wind turbine products is progressing smoothly. In terms of product technology research and development, the offshore 16 MW floating prototype successfully came off the assembly line, and the land-based 10 MW grid-type wind turbine technology application can solve the stable operation problems of traditional grid-following wind turbines under weak grid conditions, meeting the needs of high-proportion renewable energy generation systems with weak grid strength and low inertia. In terms of key component technology penetration, the all-carbon fiber S98 series blades were developed and delivered to meet overseas requirements for low temperature and low noise, and de-icing blades were successfully developed for extremely cold regions, becoming the first in the country to utilize blade damper technology solutions.
