NATO Secretary General states that all member countries' defense spending last year met or exceeded 2% of GDP

NATO Secretary General stated that all allied countries’ defense spending reached or exceeded 2% of GDP last year. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg indicated that the defense spending figures for 2025 released by all NATO allies have met or exceeded 2% of their gross domestic product, with three NATO allies having already achieved the new target of 3.5% of GDP for defense spending by 2025.
