A person's reality is largely shaped by their state of consciousness. Many people remain trapped in poverty, anxiety, or depression for a long time because they habitually identify with their old beliefs and identities, such as "I am poor" or "I am a pessimistic person," without realizing that these are just long-standing thought patterns, not their true essence. A person's true nature is not those constantly arising thoughts, but the "awareness" that can observe these thoughts. Once someone learns to observe and manage their consciousness, they can gradually replace limiting beliefs and cultivate a more positive, open, and abundant mindset. When internal beliefs change, a person's behaviors, choices, and efforts will also change accordingly, leading to different results in real life. Therefore, the key is to learn to "guard the mind well," which means to be aware of, choose, and guide one's thoughts, using mindfulness and action to support the person they want to become. Dare to envision better possibilities and continuously practice through action—this integration of knowledge and action will gradually transform one's life trajectory.
