Trump continues to strongly support Bitcoin. I’ve noticed something: this time, the crypto market cap has fallen to $2.2 trillion, but Bitcoin’s market share has dropped to 58%. If this were the end of a macro cycle, Bitcoin would typically be more resilient, with its market share rising as altcoins’ liquidity dries up. But now, it’s the opposite—Bitcoin is no longer absolutely dominant, its market share is declining, and altcoins are under overall pressure but haven’t completely collapsed. The characteristics of a liquidation phase are liquidity exhaustion and resonant declines. The features of a divergence phase are that the structure begins to loosen!
