Beijing Business News (Reporter Ding Ning) On the evening of March 29, Xinhua Pharmaceutical (000756) released its annual report for 2025, showing that the company achieved operating revenue of 8.755 billion yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 3.41%; the net profit attributable to shareholders was 290 million yuan, a year-on-year decline of 38.32%.

The annual report indicates that the company’s board of directors recommends distributing a final dividend of 0.15 yuan per share (tax included) to all shareholders based on the total share capital as of the end of 2025.
