The Shanghai Futures Exchange's crude oil main contract surged by 7%, and the low-sulfur fuel oil main contract increased by 8%.

The previous period’s crude oil benchmark futures contract on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange surged 7%, settling at 694.8 yuan per barrel. The low-sulfur fuel oil benchmark futures contract jumped 8%, settling at 5,321 yuan per ton.
