On March 25, the 2026 Zhongguancun International Technology Transaction Conference, one of the important activities of this year’s Zhongguancun Forum Annual Meeting, grandly opened. It is reported that this conference is themed “Global Buying, Global Selling” and will hold a series of supply and demand matching activities, covering the entire chain of technology achievement transformation, further improving the innovation ecosystem for technology transactions, and building a more efficient, collaborative, shared, and open international technology transaction platform.

Multiple Measures to Enhance the Construction of Talent Teams for Innovation and Technology Services

At the opening ceremony, the “Several Measures to Strengthen the Construction of Talent Teams for Innovation and Technology Services” was officially released. The measures focus on key forces such as technology managers, technology finance talents, incubation operation talents, and intellectual property talents, introducing 16 supporting measures in 4 areas.

The measures propose to attract a group of high-level technology managers with an international perspective globally, expand the “Zhuque Talent” program to over 50 people, support universities in Beijing to train more than 300 master’s and doctoral students in technology transfer each year, promote the establishment of full-time positions, support high-level technology managers to set up studios at the Zhongguancun International Technology Transaction Center, and allow at least 10% of net income from achievement transformation to be used as rewards for technology managers, thus opening up career development pathways. At the same time, focusing on key elements such as technology finance, incubation operation, and intellectual property, it accelerates the training of professional talents, establishes a diversified cultivation and empowerment mechanism, builds a platform for entrepreneurship, strengthens service guarantees, and guides and encourages technology service talents to engage in the main battlefield of deep integration between technological innovation and industrial innovation.

This conference officially launched the “Blue Vest” BLUE 1000 plan for technology managers, aiming to expand the team to a scale of 1,000 in five years. Currently, the first batch of 100 technology managers consists of experts from the Zhongguancun Technology Achievement Transformation 50 Forum, “Zhuque Talents,” and key members from universities, research institutions, technology parks, technology transfer agencies, investment institutions, and intellectual property agencies, covering the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which will strengthen the professional talent force for the construction of the Beijing (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) International Technology Innovation Center. At this conference, the “Blue Vest” will provide full-process professional services for innovative projects, helping innovative projects to be generated and implemented, and offering professional support for the transformation of technological achievements.

This conference also created multiple landing service scenarios to inject new momentum into the transformation of technology achievements.

At the “Orange Fruit Shop” of the Zhongguancun International Technology Transaction Center, a series of “visual, audible, and tangible” cutting-edge technology products were showcased: naked-eye 3D displays, rollable screens, AI glasses, and the bionic pulling and pressing device with a gripping force of 330N, which closes in just 0.2 seconds—Y-Hand M2, aimed at large model training and inference scenarios, and the high-performance Kunlun core P800 OAM module…

It is reported that the “Orange Fruit Shop” aims to showcase prototype concept models from universities and research institutions, as well as innovative achievements from leading enterprises in fields such as artificial intelligence, smart hardware, smart medical care, and new materials, creating a window that integrates technology product launches, experiences, and exchanges, accelerating the entry of innovative achievements into the market.

In the “Consultation Room” for technology transactions set up at this conference, experts and scholars from key fields such as biomedicine, medical devices, intelligent manufacturing, and new materials are providing “diagnosis and prescriptions” for innovative projects.
