Last night I saw ETH hovering around $1,983, and today it surprisingly steadied at $1,992.87. Although it's only up 0.10%, it feels like that shy friend finally gathering the courage to speak 😌.
Interestingly, ETH also tested the high of $2,032 yesterday but then timidly retreated. It reminds me of playing hopscotch as a kid—knowing I could jump to the seventh square, but hesitating at the sixth before confidently landing in the familiar spot.
The market's fear and greed index is currently at 12, definitely in "Extreme Fear" mode. Honestly, at times like this, the market feels like a late-night coffee shop—everyone speaking softly, afraid of disturbing something. The trading volume of 8.481 billion isn't low, indicating that some are quietly positioning themselves.
ETH's performance is a bit like the class topper—quiet most of the time, but able to stay steady when it counts. In this market sentiment, maintaining a slight increase is already quite good. After all, a daily fluctuation of $49 for ETH is mild—no big swings, just that "I'm okay, thanks for asking" vibe.
Sometimes I think the most interesting thing about the market isn't the rapid rises and falls, but the resilience to stay strong even in fear.
