GE HealthCare and Springbok Analytics have formed a development agreement to integrate Springbok’s AI-powered analysis platform with GE HealthCare’s MRI technologies. This collaboration aims to revolutionize the quantification and visualization of muscle health by providing more precise and actionable assessments of the musculoskeletal system, expanding its application in sports medicine, human performance, and wellness. The technology converts rapid MRI exams into detailed 3D maps, quantifying up to 140 individual muscles to offer objective metrics like muscle size, asymmetry, and fat infiltration, currently utilized by over 80 professional sports teams.
