Hundred-billion-dollar Huaxing becomes a strong driving force! TCL Technology's annual report is released: net profit nearly doubles year-on-year
On the evening of March 27, TCL Technology disclosed its financial report for 2025. During the reporting period, TCL Technology achieved an operating revenue of 184.06 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.7%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 4.52 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 188.8%; and the net operating cash flow was 44.02 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 49.1%.
In terms of operations, TCL Technology’s semiconductor display business achieved high-quality growth. TCL Huaxing’s annual revenue reached 105.24 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.4%; the net profit was 8.01 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 44.4%. Among them, TCL Huaxing’s large-size TV and commercial display businesses continued to maintain global leadership, while the small and medium-sized business rapidly grew. The shipment volumes of monitors, laptops, and smartphone panels increased by 17%, 64%, and 29% year-on-year, respectively, with market shares ranking among the top globally. The tablet business achieved significant growth, with market share jumping to second place in the world.
Notably, in emerging application areas, TCL Huaxing’s automotive display shipment area grew by 61% year-on-year, and market share increased to 11%, further solidifying a diversified growth pattern.
In 2025, TCL Huaxing successfully acquired and integrated LGD’s Guangzhou LCD plant, and the second phase of the T9 project began full production, completing the strategic acquisition of minority stakes in the G11 production line (T6, T7). The company continues to advance the industrialization process of two major strategic tracks: printed OLED and MLED. The world’s first high-generation printed OLED production line (T8) has begun construction; the company actively promotes vertical integration in the LED industry chain, opening up innovative space in the optoelectronic application field.
Maojia Technology strengthened business collaboration with TCL Huaxing, with revenue in 2025 increasing by 5.9% year-on-year to 21.73 billion yuan, and the TV OEM business maintained its global leadership for three consecutive years.
In addition, the company’s new energy photovoltaic business consolidated its competitive advantage in crystalline chips, enhanced battery component capabilities, and accelerated moderate integration and globalization strategies; improved the intellectual property protection system for technologies like BC and shingled, building a new industrial ecosystem; actively integrated and optimized existing production capacity to promote healthy industry development.
The company’s semiconductor materials business achieved revenue of 5.71 billion yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 21.7%, maintaining its position as the leader in the domestic market, covering key domestic and international clients, with comprehensive competitiveness leading the domestic industry.
