The BH202602 plot in Baohe District, Hefei City is located east of Laobaohe Avenue and north of Bohai Bay Road, with an area of 0.9233 acres, the transfer period is until November 14, 2094, the planned use is residential, the floor area ratio ≤ 1.6, and the total land use rights transfer amount is 9.69465 million yuan.

The wholly-owned subsidiary Hefei Huizhu Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the bid for the BH202601 plot in Baohe District, Hefei City. According to the announcement, the plot is located east of Laobaohe Avenue and north of Bohai Bay Road in Baohe District, Hefei City, with an area of 1.5916 acres, and the total transfer amount is 16.7118 million yuan.

The planned use of the plot is residential, with a floor area ratio ≤ 1.6, and the transfer period is until November 14, 2094. The funding source is self-raised by Huizhu Real Estate.

The board of directors of Hefei Urban Construction held a meeting on March 23, 2026, and approved the proposal for the wholly-owned subsidiary to participate in the bidding for the plot with a voting result of 10 votes in favor, 0 votes against, and 0 abstentions.

The specific content is subject to the “State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Transfer Contract” signed between Hefei Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and Huizhu Real Estate, and Hefei Urban Construction will make another announcement after the contract is signed.
