Gelonghui March 28丨CNT GROUP (00701.HK) announced that the group’s revenue for the year ending December 31, 2025, is approximately HKD 268 million, a decrease of 22.6% compared to approximately HKD 346 million in 2024. Gross profit decreased by approximately HKD 26.56 million to about HKD 118 million, an 18.4% decrease compared to the gross profit in 2024. For the year ending December 31, 2025, the company’s loss attributable to shareholders decreased to approximately HKD 55.14 million, compared to approximately HKD 77.38 million in 2024.
While maintaining the existing core business of paints and coatings at Zhongqi Group, the company’s board continuously reviews the group’s business activities, including its investment property portfolio, and will prudently assess investment property opportunities to enhance rental income and cash flow for investment purposes, as well as explore other new business opportunities to drive the group’s sustainable development.
