According to the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, and upon nomination by the company’s general manager and review by the board nomination committee, the board agreed to appoint Mr. Ji Shunguo as the company’s vice president, with a term starting from the date of approval at this board meeting until the expiration of the ninth board of directors.
