If I only had 1 hour, 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year left in my life, I would definitely go do the things I truly want to do right away. I wouldn’t wait, I wouldn’t procrastinate, and I wouldn’t use the future as an excuse.

But the reality is, most of us don’t have just a little time left; we still have 30 years, 50 years, or even longer.
Logically, this should make us more inclined to do what we want to do.
However, many people tend to waste the most on the present moment.
They always think there will be opportunities later, always believe that waiting a bit longer won’t hurt.
As a result, they keep delaying, until finally, the things they wanted to do are left undone, and they end up with a pile of regrets.
People only realize later that regret is the most useless thing.
What’s truly useful is to take action while you still can move, choose, and try — to do what you want to do as early as possible.
