**Insight Network Report: **On March 26, according to information shown on the SSE website, the status of the Guolian Allianz Fosun closed-ended commercial real estate securities investment fund project is “Submitted.” This public offering REITs asset type is commercial real estate. The original rights and interests holder is Atlantis Sanya Tourism and Business Development Co., Ltd. The asset manager is Guolian Allianz Fund Management Co., Ltd., and the special plan manager is Pacific Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Sanya · Atlantis was developed and built by Fosun Group with an investment of more than RMB 11 billion, covering 540,000 square meters. It is a distinctive themed vacation destination led by marine culture. It features 1,314 ocean-view guest rooms (including 5 underwater suites that are unique in Greater China, and 154 themed suites). The resort area includes 21 global dining venues, the Atlantis Water World covering 200,000 square meters, an aquarium with a total seawater volume of 17,500 tons, and 86,000 cute marine animals, spanning more than 280 species. It also has a Dolphin Bay Theater that can accommodate up to 1,800 audience members to watch performances at the same time. Sanya · Atlantis is a large, top-tier global tourism complex that integrates eight business formats: hotels, water world, aquarium, international exhibitions and conferences, dining, entertainment, shopping, and live performances.

According to statistics, since December 31, 2025, when the China Securities Regulatory Commission officially implemented the pilot program for publicly offered REITs backed by commercial real estate, and from the submission of the first batch of projects to now, fewer than three months have passed. The Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges have already received 16 submitted projects in total. If this project is successfully listed, it will be of important significance for Fosun Group in revitalizing existing assets and expanding financing channels.
