On March 25, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian hosted a regular press conference.

A foreign media reporter asked, the U.S. announced a ban on the import of all foreign-made routers, which is seen as the latest measure taken by the U.S. against Chinese electronic devices. What is China’s comment on this?

Lin Jian stated that we consistently oppose the U.S. generalizing the concept of national security and adopting discriminatory practices against foreign companies. The U.S. should provide a fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory business environment for companies from all countries.
