National AI Application Shanghai Pilot Base: Five Core Innovative Achievements Released
On March 28, the National AI Application Shanghai Pilot Base held a summary conference at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University, announcing five core innovative achievements and nine medical intelligent applications, significantly advancing the high-quality development of ‘AI + Healthcare’ in China. The five core achievements are: 1. Establishing an integrated new computing power service platform covering computing, storage, networking, and development toolchains, forming a resource base that connects ‘model development—verification iteration—inference service—security governance’, breaking through technical adaptation barriers, achieving ‘national models with national cores’, and matching international first-class computing power levels; 2. Launching six major vertical medical foundational models, creating a fully autonomous and controllable multi-modal large model matrix that covers diverse clinical scenarios such as imaging, pathology, traditional Chinese medicine, and research, with several medical large models reaching international leading levels; 3. Building a national exemplary medical AI data infrastructure that gathers massive amounts of high-quality data from the three medical fields, solidifying the core foundation for model training and iteration; 4. Creating the globally leading Chinese medical large model testing platform MedBench 4.0, establishing authoritative and unified industry evaluation standards; 5. Selecting and promoting world-class medical intelligent applications across multiple disciplines and scenarios, accelerating the rapid implementation of cutting-edge technologies from the laboratory to clinical practice.
