Viewpoint Network News: On March 27, the first land auction of 2026 in the four districts of Fuzhou successfully concluded, with four commercial and service land plots collectively raising 325 million yuan, attracting over 50 bidders.

According to publicly available information, the total area of the four plots for sale is approximately 19.03 acres, with a starting total price of 225 million yuan, all located in the core areas of Gulou and Cangshan.

Among them, the Shaoyuanli plot is only 1.47 acres, with a starting price of 8 million yuan. After 21 rounds of bidding, it was won by Fujian Haitong Investment Group for 43 million yuan, with a premium rate of 437.5%, resulting in a transaction floor price of 66,153.8 yuan per square meter.

Information shows that all the plots for sale come with buildings, and the winning bidder must be responsible for the structural reinforcement and renovation work.
