Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank (03618.HK): Net profit attributable to parent company in 2025 is 12.128 billion yuan, an increase of 5.35% year-on-year

Gelonghui, March 25 - Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank (03618.HK) announced that in 2025, the group will closely focus on building the “Three New Driving Forces” strategic task, actively serving the local economy, and continuously promoting reform and transformation, with scale efficiency making steady progress. This period achieved operating revenue of 28.620 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 389 million yuan year-on-year, with a growth rate of 1.38%; net profit of 12.420 billion yuan, an increase of 631 million yuan year-on-year, with a growth rate of 5.35%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the bank was 12.128 billion yuan, an increase of 5.35% year-on-year. The board of directors suggests a proposed distribution of a regular stock dividend of 1.1755 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) at the end of 2025.

In 2025, the group’s banking business operating revenue was 9.351 billion yuan, accounting for 32.67%, an increase of 2.09 percentage points year-on-year; retail banking business operating revenue was 12.139 billion yuan, accounting for 42.42%, an increase of 0.50 percentage points year-on-year; financial market business operating revenue was 7.027 billion yuan, accounting for 24.55%, a decrease of 2.72 percentage points year-on-year. The group, by deeply implementing the “Three New Driving Forces,” comprehensively supports the cultivation of new quality productivity, deepens inclusive microfinance services, consolidates the synergy of various businesses, and promotes high-quality development.
