During this period, the Philippine side gathered a large number of ships to intrude into the Chinese training area within the jurisdiction of the waters near Huangyan Island, disguising their activities as "fishing," attempting to create incidents, incite propaganda, and attract international attention. We warn the Philippine side to immediately stop provocations, disturbances, and smear campaigns.
