Fang Lou, the person in charge of the Dalv Village base, stands on the ridge, looking at the dust kicked up by the machines, and confidently says, “This land is planted with the detoxified seed variety Guangxi Sugar No. 44, all using good seeds and good practices, with integrated water and fertilizer technology. Full mechanization saves labor and effort, and we are confident that we can raise the yield per acre to a new level and make the ‘sweet business’ even sweeter!”

Meanwhile, in Gaoling Village, Siling Town, Wuxuan County, Laibin City, another “land reform” is also in full swing. The former eucalyptus forest land has been cleared and reclaimed, and thousands of acres of contiguous sugarcane fields are being prepared for planting. Multiple machines are operating simultaneously, clearing tree roots and leveling the land, striving to plant all the sugarcane by the end of March.

This year, Boxuan Company aims to increase the net planting area of sugarcane by more than 10,000 acres by 2026, adhering to early planning and early action, seizing the policy opportunities of national arable land protection and “eucalyptus retreat and sugarcane advance,” and implementing a series of support measures. From sugarcane seed allocation, machinery services to agricultural materials supply and technical guidance, the company provides “nanny-style” full-service support, vigorously promoting high-yield, high-sugar varieties like Guangxi Sugar No. 44, ensuring that the cleared eucalyptus land can be “retired, planted, and produce.”

By 2026, Boxuan Company strives to achieve a net increase of 10,000 acres in sugarcane, with a total planting area reaching 290,000 acres, and the proportion of good sugarcane varieties reaching 100%.
