ST Nanchuan: Subsidiary involved in cases totaling 18.1892 million yuan
ST Na Chuan announces that its subsidiary, Sichuan Na Chuan Pipe Co., Ltd., has received summons, notices of litigation, and other documents delivered by the People’s Court of Anzhou District, Mianyang City. The case filed by Sichuan Hengcheng Tongtai Construction Technology Co., Ltd. against Sichuan Na Chuan Construction Engineering for a construction contract dispute has been accepted. The plaintiff claims the project settlement cost is 30.965 million yuan, with an outstanding payment of 14.602 million yuan and interest of 3.2872 million yuan, and requests the defendant to bear legal fees and other costs. The case has not yet gone to court, and its impact on the company’s current or future profits remains uncertain.
