Wu Shuo has learned that MilkyWay announced the shutdown of its L1 chain and completed chain upgrades and asset migration before closure, returning assets on the MilkyWay L1 to their native chains. Users' previously held assets have been returned to native chains (for example, TIA that was cross-chained from Celestia has been returned to the Celestia network). Previously in January, MilkyWay Protocol initiated liquidation and permanent closure due to insufficient DeFi demand in the Celestia ecosystem and declining restaking enthusiasm.
