He Xun Investment Advisor Fang Rongxia: After a rebound of nearly 100 points, can it rise tomorrow?
Will the market continue to rise tomorrow? Keep an eye out for continued gains.
Hexun Investment Advisor Fang Rongxia states that today the three major A-share indices continued their strong rally, with the Shanghai Composite closing at 3,931 points, marking a two-day rebound. After surpassing 100 points, can the rally continue? First, look at volume—today’s trading volume approached 100 billion, with the top 10 broad-based ETFs being repeatedly bought at low prices over several days, indicating funds are bottom-fishing and shifting from waiting to tentative aggressive buying. Second, after opening high and moving higher today, the index stabilized above 3,900 points. The short-term trend has shifted from weak to strong, and the gap from Monday’s gap-up has begun to fill, with technical repairs favoring a strong bullish outlook. Third, sector rotation is healthy, with hot spots passing the baton smoothly.
In summary, funds are bottom-fishing, technical breakthroughs are occurring, and sector rotation is healthy. The three signals resonate, suggesting that tomorrow’s rebound may continue, but it is uncertain whether a reversal is underway. After two days of rebound, it is not advisable to chase high in the short term; wait for a pullback before re-entering.
