Kingsoft Software released its annual performance results, with parent company profit of 2 billion yuan, up 29.2%. Revenue was 9.68 billion yuan, down 6.2%. Office software revenue grew 16%, while online games revenue declined 28%. Announces Annual Results. Kingsoft Software’s full-year net profit attributable to the parent company was 2 billion RMB, up 29.2% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were 1.46 RMB, with a final dividend of HKD 0.13, a decrease of 13.3%.

During the period, Kingsoft Software’s revenue was 96.8 billion RMB, down 6.2% year-on-year. Gross profit was 78.6 billion RMB, a 8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The gross profit margin was 81%, down 2 percentage points. Revenue from office software and services accounted for 61%, and online games and others accounted for 39% of total revenue.

Among them, revenue from office software and services was 59.3 billion RMB, an increase of 16% year-on-year. Key business segments grew at different rates. The steady growth of WPS Personal Business was driven by the continuous increase in paid users, thanks to upgrades through WPS AI, which expanded office application scenarios and enhanced smart office experience. The significant growth of WPS 365 mainly reflects deeper integration of document, AI, and collaboration capabilities, as well as accelerated customer expansion among private and local state-owned enterprises. Growth in WPS software business was mainly driven by increased government and enterprise orders.

Revenue from online games and other businesses was 37.5 billion RMB, a decrease of 28%, mainly due to last year’s high base and the decline in revenue from several existing games.

Chairman Lei Jun stated that looking ahead, Kingsoft Office Group will deepen the application of AI Agent technology across all office scenarios, strengthen WPS 365 as an intelligent collaboration platform, and accelerate the internationalization strategy. The online gaming business will continue to focus on high-quality content development and global distribution, continuously enhance the vitality of classic IP, and actively promote new categories for growth to achieve sustainable development. The company will continue to deepen technological innovation and commercial deployment, actively explore global market opportunities.
