National Energy Administration Conducts Survey on Power Supply Guarantee Work for 2026 Spring Festival and National Two Sessions
On February 12, He Yang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the National Energy Administration, led a team to conduct on-site inspections in Beijing to oversee the electricity supply for the 2026 Spring Festival and the National Two Sessions. The inspection team visited key power supply sites to understand the electricity safety and supply assurance work of relevant units. During the inspection, He Yang emphasized that all relevant units should take their responsibilities seriously with a sense of “no room for error,” ensuring the work of electricity supply during the Spring Festival and the National Two Sessions is thorough, detailed, and solid. During the Spring Festival, focus should be on safeguarding people’s livelihoods, and during the National Two Sessions, attention should be on important event venues to ensure safe and reliable power supply. Emergency duty should be strengthened, natural disasters should be tightly guarded against, and emergency incidents should be promptly handled to maintain a stable and orderly national electricity production situation. Responsible officials from the Department of Power Safety Supervision, the Department of Power, the North China Energy Regulatory Bureau, the Beijing Municipal Urban Management Committee, and State Grid Corporation participated in the inspection.
