On March 15, the inaugural meeting of the Global Development Institute was held at Zhejiang University Zijingang Campus. Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao, Zhejiang Province Governor Liu Jie, Vice Minister of Education Du Jiangfeng, Zhejiang University President Ma Yanming, and representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and United Nations development agencies in China attended the meeting.
