Celestica Inc. (CLS) and AMD have formed a strategic partnership to launch the “Helios” rack-scale AI platform. This collaboration combines AMD’s computing leadership with Celestica’s expertise in networking switch technologies, focusing on the R&D, design, and manufacturing of scale-up networking switches for the platform. The “Helios” platform, based on Open Compute Project standards, is expected to be available to customers in late 2026, utilizing advanced networking silicon to interconnect next-generation AMD Instinct MI450 Series GPUs for large-scale AI clusters.
