Zhuochuang Information: Urea Prices Rise Steadily, Agricultural Demand Remains Strong

The domestic urea market is steadily rising, with new agricultural demand following the upward trend. As of February 25, the average price of small granular urea in China is 1,823 yuan/ton, up 1.17% compared to before the holiday. On the supply side, gas-based plants in Inner Mongolia and other regions are gradually resuming production after maintenance, resulting in relatively ample spot supply. On the demand side, agricultural needs are actively following the market, and merchants are making moderate purchases. Currently, the domestic urea market trading atmosphere is gradually improving, and the willingness for urgent procurement remains decent. As temperatures rise again next week, industrial and agricultural urgent demand is expected to increase, and domestic urea prices are still expected to rise. (Zhuochuang Information)
