Beijing Keli (002350.SZ ): The secondary holding subsidiary plans to acquire 100% equity stake in GP.
Gelonghui, March 12 — Beijing Keli (002350.SZ) announced that to expand its overseas new energy and energy storage business and optimize its strategic layout, the company has approved its secondary subsidiary Creative Energy Investments (Europe) Limited (referred to as “CEIL”) to invest approximately 4.95 million euros to acquire 100% equity of Greenet Plant S.R.L. (referred to as “GP” or the “Target Company”), which is jointly held by SAMFIROIU OVIDIU STEFAN, ANGHEL VALERIU ALEXANDRU, and GREERE ION-ADRIAN.
The Target Company, GP, is a project company currently holding the development rights for a 99MW/198MWh energy storage project in Vâlcea, Romania. It owns a land parcel of 10,000 square meters located in Mihăești Township, Vâlcea County. The Romanian Vâlcea 99MW/198MWh energy storage project developed by the Target Company has obtained grid connection and construction permits and is in the process of obtaining energy facility establishment permits, with basic conditions for construction met. To seize opportunities in the energy storage industry and deepen its international strategic layout, the company plans to acquire GP’s development rights for the Vâlcea 99MW/198MWh energy storage project. This equity acquisition is a key move aligned with market demand and industry trends, facilitating rapid breakthroughs in overseas markets and promoting high-quality development of the company’s new energy business. Currently, the company’s overseas secondary subsidiary CEIL, established as a joint venture in Ireland, has completed registration. CEIL will serve as the investment entity for this acquisition of GP’s equity. After acquiring GP’s equity, CEIL will, as the main entity, invest in the construction of the Vâlcea 99MW/198MWh energy storage project in Romania.
