人民财讯3月15日电，当地时间14日，俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫表示，俄罗斯石油目前对世界能源行业而言不可或缺，在美国放宽制裁后，希望采购俄石油的买家众多。佩斯科夫指出，俄罗斯石油进入国际市场有助于市场稳定，“美方为试图稳定全球能源市场，作出了为期一个月的制裁豁免。在这一点上，俄美利益是一致的。”美国财政部12日宣布美国将暂时放宽对部分俄罗斯石油制裁。据俄罗斯方面消息，泰国和斯里兰卡政府此前已宣布购买俄罗斯石油的意向。（央视新闻）
