Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED is selling its 39-acre campus in Birmingham, located on East Lake Boulevard, ahead of its relocation to a new corporate headquarters. The current campus, built in 1979 and renovated in 2004, features 350,000 square feet of office and industrial space. The company is moving to a new 100-acre facility along I-59/20 in Birmingham’s Kingston community, a $330 million project expected to be completed in late 2026, creating 50 new jobs and retaining over 750 existing ones.
