If you're constipated, you can try eating freshly cut oats mixed with chia seeds, in a ratio of about 7:1.

I used to have a normal digestive rhythm, but after eating oats and chia seed porridge for two days, I was so full I couldn't eat anything else, and on top of that I got diarrhea.

The doctor said I consumed too much dietary fiber and told me to stop eating it for 3 days.
