The Company received a notice from its controlling subsidiary Shandong Tianan Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Tianan Chemical") regarding its production suspension. Tianan Chemical, in accordance with its annual maintenance plan and to ensure the safe, stable, and effective operation of production equipment, decided to suspend production for maintenance.
