Gelonghui March 10 — Huali Group (300979.SZ) announced that based on the company’s current stable operating condition and confidence in its future development prospects, in order to share the company’s operational results with all shareholders, and under the premise of complying with the provisions of the Articles of Association and ensuring the company’s normal operation and long-term development, Hong Kong Junyao proposed the 2025 profit distribution plan as follows: Based on the total share capital of 1,167,000,000 shares as of December 31, 2025, the company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 11.00 (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling RMB 1,283,700,000.00 (tax included); no bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital.
