China Cement Network Market Data Center News: With the arrival of spring and warmer weather, after the Lantern Festival, workers are gradually returning to their posts. Coupled with the recent continuous improvement in weather conditions, construction progress at various sites has significantly accelerated, and demand in the cement market has steadily rebounded compared to earlier periods. Additionally, current prices are at a low level, and factors such as rising production costs in some regions have strengthened companies’ willingness to raise prices. Recently, cement prices in many parts of the country have begun to be announced for increases. Specifically: Around March 12, several major companies in Hefei, Wuhu, Tongling, Chizhou, Xuancheng, Ma’anshan, and other areas in Anhui Province have successively announced a price increase of about 20 yuan/ton for cement and clinker, with regional peers gradually following suit. Starting March 11, some major manufacturers in Zhejiang Province, including Jinhua, Quzhou, and Lishui, announced a similar increase of about 20 yuan/ton for cement prices, with Zhejiang North cities like Hangzhou, Jiaxing, and Shaoxing expected to follow on the 12th, and coastal markets following a few days later. From March 12 to 13, large-scale companies in Nanjing, Zhenjiang, and Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, and other areas in Jiangsu Province began to announce a price increase of about 20 yuan/ton, with other peers gradually following. Local companies in Henan have announced a 30 yuan/ton increase for high-standard cement starting March 11. Mainstream cement companies in Haixi, Qinghai, announced a 30 yuan/ton increase on March 10. Overall, the market will mainly remain stable, with some areas experiencing narrow fluctuations.
