Hexun Investment Advisor Chen Xiaojun: Bullish on the broader market?
Today, the market opened high, dipped, and then steadily rose, finally closing at 4130 points. Is the trend stable now? How to seize market opportunities amid sector rotation?
Hithink Wisehead Chen Xiaojun said that first, the overall market is still healthy. After the Shanghai Composite Index broke above 4130 points, indicators entered a bullish trend. The ChiNext Index performed the strongest, approaching its previous high. Once it breaks through, an acceleration is expected. However, the biggest current issue is that trading volume is somewhat weak, so the future trend is still expected to be oscillating upward. Some minor fluctuations are possible, but the overall direction remains upward.
How about sector and opportunity outlook? Recently, I mentioned that hot spots are rotating, mostly a one-day trend—what rises today may change tomorrow. But the core trend still depends on directions like computing power collaboration and price increases. Computing power collaboration mainly involves infrastructure for computing, smart grids, and energy storage—these are related to computing infrastructure and power sector synergy. Price increases are mainly seen in chemicals, oil and gas, or storage sectors. Today, there was a rebound in some chemical stocks. Otherwise, we await the driving force of AI and the wave of performance growth.
