The US Dollar Index rises in the short term, while the euro and British pound fall against the US dollar.

Mars Finance reports that according to Gate Market Data, the US Dollar Index DXY has risen by more than 10 points in the short term, currently at 99.09. The Euro against the US Dollar (EUR/USD) has fallen nearly 20 points, now at 1.1591; the British Pound against the US Dollar (GBP/USD) has fallen about 20 points, now at 1.3415.
