Changsha Bank Announcement: The company’s board of directors has received a written resignation letter from Ms. Zhang Man. Due to a change in position, Ms. Zhang Man has applied to resign from her role as President of Changsha Bank. After resigning, Ms. Zhang Man will continue to serve as the bank’s Chairwoman, director, and as a chairperson and member of the Strategy and Sustainability Development Committee, as well as a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committee and the Risk Control and Related Party Transactions Committee. Ms. Zhang Man’s resignation will take effect from February 24, 2026.
