The annual report indicates that in 2025, *ST Songfa achieved operating revenue of approximately 21.639 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 274.95%; corresponding net profit attributable to shareholders was about 2.655 billion yuan, up 1083.05% year-on-year.
*ST Songfa stated that after the completion of a major asset restructuring, the company’s main business shifted from traditional ceramic manufacturing to the high-growth shipbuilding industry. Hengli Heavy Industry and its subsidiaries were included in the company’s consolidated financial statements, significantly improving asset quality.
