Pingxiang Rural Commercial Bank fined 994,300 yuan for multiple violations

Whale News, March 5 — Recently, the People’s Bank of China Pingxiang Branch issued an administrative penalty notice targeting Pingxiang Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.

The penalty notice states that the main violations by Pingxiang Rural Commercial Bank include: violating financial statistical regulations, breaching account management rules, failing to conduct customer due diligence as required, violating anti-counterfeit currency management regulations, occupying fiscal deposits or funds, and violating regulations on the collection, provision, and inquiry of credit information.

In response to these violations, the People’s Bank of China Pingxiang Branch issued a warning and fined 994,300 yuan.
