BofA Finance LLC, guaranteed by Bank of America Corporation, is offering 12-month Auto-Callable Notes linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector Index (NDXT), SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF (KRE), and VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH). These notes are expected to price on March 4, 2026, and issue on March 9, 2026, with automatic monthly call opportunities starting June 4, 2026, if each underlying is at or above 90% of its starting value. If not called, maturity payouts vary, offering a return if the least performing underlying meets certain thresholds, but risking up to 100% principal loss if it falls more than 40%.
