Is this the beginning of a larger bull run? How are you positioning yourself tonight?

Yes, it definitely feels like the early stages of a stronger rally—at least in the short to medium term.
As of today, (March 4, 2026), BTC has risen over 7% during the session, surpassing $72K and reaching a high of around $73K+ (with some sources indicating a peak near $73,630 and the current level fluctuating around ~$73,200). It tested the $71K–$72K resistance and broke through with high volume, creating a classic "air pocket" above $72K where supply is extremely thin—meaning if it holds, we could see a rapid surge toward $80K very quickly.
Main driving factors:
ETF capital flows returning after previous withdrawals.
Technical reaction from the $65K–$68K near recent lows(.
Shift to higher risk appetite despite ongoing Middle East tensions )but crypto is somewhat decoupling(.
Analysts like those referencing macro setups )for example, $110K–(scenarios from some macro opinions$120K remain optimistic, especially if we break above )confirmation.
But it’s still fragile—previous bearish structures remain, and any escalation in geopolitical tensions could trigger a quick retracement back $80K or lower.
My position tonight: Maintain the long-term trend but stay cautious. Hold core spot/long positions added around $68K–$68K previous dips. Tighten stop-losses closer to ~$67.5K–$70K to prevent fakeouts. Plan to add on confirmed break above $73K–$68K short-term target $76K–$74K . Only go short if strongly rejected at $73K+ with decreasing volume. Risk management is top priority during these volatile nights—what about you? Hold or add?
