$NVDAon - Nvidia joins Oxa’s $103M round, reinforcing the industrial autonomy play.
Nvidia, via NVentures, participated in Oxa’s Series D first close totaling $103 million, while Nvidia’s exact check size was not disclosed. The UK’s National Wealth Fund anchored the round with $50 million, signaling continued government backing for applied AI.
Oxa is focused on “industrial mobile autonomy” for ports, airports, warehouses, and factories—controlled environments where deployment is typically more straightforward than public-road passenger AV. That framing makes the story easier to measure through logistics throughput and operational efficiency.
For Nvidia, the deal adds another touchpoint to pull hardware-software AI ecosystems deeper into robotics and autonomy. For Oxa, the round supports broader rollouts and strengthens credibility with large industrial customers.
This is still a first close, so the market will watch execution speed and valuation signals in the next closings. If commercialization drags, the narrative can shift from upside potential to cost discipline.
