Zhuhai China Resources Bank Foshan Branch fined 400,000 yuan for inadequate "three checks" on personal business loans

Blue Whale News, March 2 — Recently, the Foshan Regulatory Branch of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued an administrative penalty notice targeting Zhuhai China Resources Bank Co., Ltd. Foshan Branch and its responsible personnel.

The penalty notice states that the main violation by Zhuhai China Resources Bank Co., Ltd. Foshan Branch was inadequate “Three Checks” for personal business loans.

In response to these issues, the Foshan Regulatory Branch of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission imposed a fine of 400,000 yuan. Additionally, warnings were issued to three responsible individuals: Huang Junjie, Liang Zhaoxue, and Wu Xiaodan.
