Major Shift? Look at Actions, Not Statements

To sum up in one sentence: statements are signals, but actions are the answers. If the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission later introduces a clearer regulatory framework that reduces gray areas, it could indeed mark a transitional turning point; if they only soften their tone but keep enforcement unchanged, market sentiment will quickly return to rationality.
For the cryptocurrency industry, the ideal situation is not "no regulation," but "predictable regulation." Clear rules give capital peace of mind; well-defined boundaries encourage bolder innovation. True major change isn't about loosening restrictions but moving from ambiguity to transparency.
So, is this a turning point? Maybe. At least, the trend has begun to discuss "how to coexist" rather than "how to clear the field." For an emerging industry, this is already progress.
